Wholesale Inquiries
Interested in stocking Ravensgate products on your shelves? We offer wholesale rates for our business partners, so you can feel comfortable buying our products at a fair price to your business and be able turn a profit off of the sales.
Our wholesale partnerships are intended for bulk purchases of at least 10 items or more. Standard wholesale rates are as follows:
40% off of the full retail price as listed on this site for any product under $100 USD.
30% off of the full retail price as listed on this site for any product $100 USD or more.
For example, if you wish to place a wholesale order of five Loremaster bookmarks, five Hemingway flasks, and five Terminus bi-folds, it would break down like this:
Five Loremaster bookmarks — $10 full retail price per bookmark - 40% wholesale discount = $30 wholesale rate for all five bookmarks ($6 each).
Five Hemingway flasks — $50 full retail price per flask - 40% wholesale discount = $150 wholesale rate for all five flasks ($30 each).
Five Terminus bi-folds — $120 full retail price per bi-fold - 30% wholesale discount = $420 wholesale rate for all five bi-folds ($84 each).
The full retail price total for these 15 items in this example would amount to $900, but with the wholesale discount your total would be $600. This means that selling all of the items from this order in your place of business at retail value would nab you a profit of $300.
Wholesale orders can take some time to prepare, especially if custom logo stamps are involved, so we ask that you give us a two to four week window to make and deliver your order. Generally, we aim to complete wholesale orders as quickly as possible, but we will keep you updated on the progress and let you know if there are any expected delays.

Custom Logo Stamps
Looking for products that fit with your business’s branding? We can order a custom stamp with your logo that we can use for branding products instead of using our own Ravensgate logo.
We source our stamps from Leather Stamp Maker. They’ve long been the best in the business of making quality, solid brass stamps specifically for leather use. We usually go for the stamps in the 0.5 inch to 1 inch size range, and these are typically priced around $60 - $70 USD depending on the complexity of the logo design.
If you’re interested in using a custom logo stamp on your wholesale products, please send us an image of the logo (any format should do). We can send this to Leather Stamp Maker for a quote and stamp proof. If you’re happy with the quote and proof, we can handle the ordering process.
Clients are responsible for the cost of the stamp and its shipping. This total cost will be included on the invoice for the wholesale order.
Because the client is responsible for the cost of the stamp, this means it is the client’s property. We’re glad to keep it on hand in our studio at Ravensgate for convenience, but should we conclude doing business together or if you need the stamp for any other reason, we will make sure to deliver your stamp to you.
